In this hands-on role, you’ll assist in maintaining vital water and sewer systems, help keep our streets and sidewalks safe and clean, and support seasonal duties like snow removal and festive city decorating. You’ll also have the opportunity to operate a variety of equipment and work alongside a great team that takes pride in serving our residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• A motivated team player with a strong work ethic

• Willingness to obtain a Wisconsin Water Operator license within 1 year

• Ability to get a Wisconsin CDL Class B with air brake endorsement within 6 months

• Flexibility to respond to emergencies like snowstorms or water main breaks

• Commitment to safety and community service
