The City of Darlington would like to inform residents the Water Department Personnel will be going door-to-door in the following weeks, performing a brief survey to verify what type of water service line you have coming into your home.  This survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete, and the Water Department Personnel will need access to your basement or the part of your home the water service line comes into the home from the water main.

This survey is being performed due to regulations set forth by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources requiring municipalities verify each residence to see if they have copper, lead, galvanized or PVC service lines in their home.

La Ciudad de Darlington desea informar a los residentes que el personal del Departamento de Agua estará yendo de puerta en puerta en las próximas semanas para realizar una breve encuesta con el fin de verificar qué tipo de línea de servicio de agua ingresa a su hogar.

Esta encuesta no tomará más de 10 minutos en completarse, y el personal del Departamento de Agua necesitará acceso a su sótano o al área de su casa por donde entra la línea de servicio de agua desde la red principal.

Esta encuesta se realiza debido a las regulaciones establecidas por el Departamento de Recursos Naturales de Wisconsin, que requieren que los municipios verifiquen cada residencia para determinar si tienen líneas de servicio de cobre, plomo, galvanizadas o de PVC.
