Effective April 30, 2025, the City of Darlington will no longer accept online Credit Card or Electronic Check Payments for Water & Sewer Payments, Wellness Center Memberships, or Dance Class fees, using the ‘Official Payments’ (www.officialpayments.com)/aka ‘ACI Payments Inc.’ website.
We ask that you please use our new online payment website ‘Our Community Connect‘ ( https://darlingtonwi.ourcommunityconnect.com/ )

* Click on ‘Make A Payment’ tab
* Click on the payment link [ https://darlingtonwi.ourcommunityconnect.com/ ]
* You can make payments without creating an account by selecting ‘Pay as Guest – Pay Now’
* For Wellness Center & Dance Class Payments, select ‘Wellness Center & Other’, and then select the corresponding payment type
* For Water & Sewer Payments, select ‘Utility Billing’, and then ‘Utility Payments’
* Enter the Account Number from your utility bill (WITHOUT the decimal points in the account #), then click ‘Search’. If found, it should show your account information.
* Enter an email address
* Enter the Amount being paid
* Enter a brief description in the ‘Comments’ section
* Select your Payment Method [ i.e.: Credit Card, Checking Account, Savings Account ]
* Enter your Credit Card, Checking Account, or Savings Account information
* The online payment company does charge a service fee of 2.95% + $.30 per transaction for Debit & Credit Card transactions, or $1.00 for Checking & Savings Account transactions
