All CLASS PRICES ARE: $3.00/CLASS FOR MEMBERS; $6.00/CLASS FOR NON-MEMBERS.

All classes are subject to change or can be canceled.  The class instructors have the right to cancel due to low attendance (under five), due to snow, or due to storms.  Any class may be combined with another class.  A makeup class will not be scheduled unless arrangements can be made with instructors. General Fitness Description: Get moving, build strength, and boost your energy in this fun, full-body workout! Our general fitness class combines a mix of cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting your wellness journey or looking to stay challenged, this class will help you improve endurance, tone muscles, and feel your best. Friendly instructor provide guidance and modifications so everyone can participate and succeed.

Cycling: Get ready to ride your way to strength, endurance, and energy! This high-energy indoor cycling class combines powerful cardio training with motivating music to keep you moving. You’ll tackle hills, sprints, and intervals designed to boost stamina, burn calories, and tone your legs and core.

Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, you can adjust resistance to match your fitness level—making it the perfect ride for everyone. Come prepared to sweat, smile, and push past your limits!

Yoga: Find your balance—body, mind, and spirit. This class blends gentle stretching, mindful breathing, and guided postures to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, each session offers modifications so you can move at your own pace.

Senior Fitness: Stay strong, active, and energized with this fun, low-impact fitness class designed specifically for older adults. We’ll focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility to support everyday activities and enhance overall wellness.

With easy-to-follow movements, light resistance, and a supportive environment, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. Come move, laugh, and build confidence in your body—while connecting with others in the community!

Senior Yoga / Chair Yoga Description: This gentle yoga class is designed especially for older adults or anyone seeking a supportive, low-impact practice. Using chairs for seated and standing poses, participants can safely improve flexibility, balance, and strength without the need to get down on the floor. Breathing and relaxation techniques are included to reduce stress and enhance overall well-being. Perfect for beginners and all mobility levels—come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and energized!
