All CLASS PRICES ARE: $3.00/CLASS FOR MEMBERS; $6.00/CLASS FOR NON-MEMBERS.
All classes are subject to change or can be canceled. The class instructors have the right to cancel due to low attendance (under five), due to snow, or due to storms. Any class may be combined with another class. A makeup class will not be scheduled unless arrangements can be made with instructors. Senior Fitness: Stay strong, active, and energized with this fun, low-impact fitness class designed specifically for older adults. We’ll focus on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility to support everyday activities and enhance overall wellness.
With easy-to-follow movements, light resistance, and a supportive environment, this class is perfect for all fitness levels. Come move, laugh, and build confidence in your body—while connecting with others in the community!
